Views and Reports offer you a series of ways to organize and view the information entered into Off The Shelf.
Production Matrix, found under Built in the Menu bar, presents all Products on a chart with open Sales Orders, so you can plan production runs.
The left six columns will contain Product names, as well as shortened versions of the Badges available in the specific Product view. Moving from left to right:
Total quantity of this Product on has been ordered on all open Sales Orders. Subproducts are also displayed in this Matrix without an "ordered" qty.
Next is the list of all Products, in Alphabetical order. The total quantity of Products will be summed in the teal badges at the top of the column, along with the total time to build all Products necessary to satisfy all Sales Orders. Additionally, if anyone is currently “Working on It”, their name will appear in this column, next to the Product name
The total quantity of this Product that needs to be Built to satisfy all open Sales Orders.
The total quantity of this Product that are Built, and in Stock.
The number of this Product can be built with the parts in-stock.
The amount of time remaining to build. If this value is missing from your Product, it’s possible this Product has either no Task History or no Estimated Time to Build Value entered.
The percentage complete of the build time.
The header of each column contains a reference to the corresponding Sales Order, and the lower rows indicate how many of each product are on each Sales Order.
The Customer name will be abbreviated and bolded.
Targeted Ship date is next. Orders are organized by the ship date, with the soonest appearing on the left.
Sales Order number will be below.
You can use the Search Bar to filter the Products, searching by Product name.
Timeline displays all Sales Orders due to ship in the upcoming 4 weeks, so you can keep an eye on items that need immediate attention, and plan for busy ship dates.
To use the Timeline, first set the Target ship date on a Sales Order. New Sales Orders default to the current date. To change the date, select Edit from the Sales Order detail page.
All Sales Orders with Target ship dates are displayed on the Timeline.
To change a Target ship date from the Timeline view, simply drag and drop the order to the new day.
Sales Orders will be displayed with the Customer name, Sales Order number, a list of Products and their quantities, as well as any Sales Order Notes. The color of each header reflects the order status:
Red
Overdue
Green
Shipped
Blue
Not yet shipped
Reports offer you a series of ways to organize and retrieve data on Parts, Products and Time. All reports are exportable Excel, CSV and PDF, as well as copyable to your clipboard.
Material Cost Report
Totals a searchable list of Material Cost of all Products shipped to Customers during a customizable date range.
Purchase Orders
Totals a searchable list of Purchase Orders placed over a customizable date range
Parts
Search for a Part by name, with options to include Vendor name, and filter by Primary only or Status.
Orphaned Parts
Totals a list of Parts that are in stock, but are not used in any Products.
Inactive Parts
Totals a list of Parts that are no longer used in any Products.
Inventory Report
Totals the material cost of in-stock Parts on a customizable past date.
Inactive Products
Lists Products that are no longer sold.
Buildable Inventory
The same report as the “What Can I Build?” option on the Off The Shelf Dashboard. This will return Products that have Open Sales Orders, as well as Parts received.
Product History
Returns a list of all Products that were Built during a customizable date range.
Direct Labor Hours
Returns a list of Task time over a date range, organized by Product.
Current Tasks
Returns a list of Users that are currently working on a Task, as well as allows Admins to “Stop” the users time.
Task History
Select a worker, and search that User’s Task history. Organized in two tables by Products, and all Tasks.
