Change Purchase Order Numbers

Easily change Purchase Order numbers in Off the Shelf to continue the sequence from previous systems.

To change the Purchase Order Number (PO#), click on the PO# label. Enter a new number and click Change.

Off The Shelf will always generate new PO #'s based on the highest PO# recorded. If you renumber PO #1000 to PO #2000, the next PO will have the number 2001.

Duplicate PO numbers are not allowed. Neither are fractional PO numbers.
