Mapping An Estimate From QuickBooks To Off The Shelf Sales Order

If an Estimate was made in QuickBooks with unmapped products, you can easily link all of the products in Off The Shelf, providing accurate pricing information.

If an estimate was made in QuickBooks with unmapped Products, you can easily link all of the Products in Off The Shelf.

1. Click the Sell tab and select QuickBooks Estimates *The Product does not have to be mapped prior*

   • Sales Order allows you to see the sales order number or map the Estimate to Off The Shelf

   • Estimate Ref is the QuickBooks reference number to that Estimate

   • Customer is what the Customer is named in QuickBooks

   • Total is the overall price of Estimate

   • Estimate Date is the date the Estimate was created in QuickBooks

   • Number of Lines is how many different Products are included in the Estimate

   • Estimate Status shows whether the Estimate is accepted, rejected, pending, or closed

2. Click on the +New button next to the Estimate you want to map

3. Type what the Customer is named in Off The Shelf and what the Product is in Off The Shelf

4. Click Save Mapping and Create Sales Order

5. The Product is then mapped.

Create QuickBooks Invoice

When an Estimate is ready to become an Invoice, updating in Off The Shelf is a breeze.

1. Go to QuickBooks Estimates in the Sell tab

2. Click the Sales Order Number or +New if mapping is still needed

3. Click the chevron next to the Customer's name

4. Select Create QuickBooks Invoice

Compare To QuickBooks Estimate

You can compare what Off The Shelf has to what is in QuickBooks by selecting Compare to QuickBooks Estimate.

1. Go to QuickBooks Estimates in the Sell tab

2. Click the Sales Order Number or +New if mapping is still needed

3. Click the chevron next to the Customer's name

4. Select Compare to QuickBooks Estimate

This will show you the Customer, number of lines, and the total price in QuickBooks and Off The Shelf side by side. It also shows the current mapping including what the Product is named in QuickBooks and Off The Shelf.

Print QuickBooks Estimate

You can print the QuickBooks Estimate from Off The Shelf.

1. Go to QuickBooks Estimates in the Sell tab

2. Click the Sales Order Number or +New if mapping is still needed

3. Click the chevron next to the Customer's name

4. Select Print QuickBooks Estimate

This will download a PDF of the QuickBooks Estimate to be saved or printed.
