Mapping An Invoice From QuickBooks To Off The Shelf Sales Order

After creating an invoice in QuickBooks, you can link all related products from Off the Shelf, ensuring that pricing and inventory remain accurate.

If an Invoice was made in QuickBooks with unmapped Products, you can easily link all of the Products in Off The Shelf.
Click the Sell tab and select QuickBooks Invoices *The Product does not have to be mapped prior*
Sales Order allows you to see the sales order number or map the Invoice to Off The Shelf
Invoice Ref is the QuickBooks reference number to that Invoice
Customer is what the Customer is named in QuickBooks
Total is the overall price of Invoice
Balance is how much is remaining to be paid
Invoice Date is the date the Invoice was created in QuickBooks
Number of Lines is how many different Products are included in the Invoice
Click on the +New button next to the Invoice you want to map
Type what the Customer is named in Off The Shelf and what the Product is in Off The Shelf
Click Save Mapping and Create Sales Order
The Product is now mapped
You can compare what Off The Shelf has to what is in QuickBooks by selecting Compare to QuickBooks Invoice.
Go to QuickBooks Invoices in the Sell tab
Click the Sales Order Number or +New if mapping is still needed
Click the chevron next to the Customer's name
Select Compare to QuickBooks Invoice
This will show you the Customer, number of lines, and the total price in QuickBooks and Off The Shelf side by side. It also shows the current mapping including what the Product is named in QuickBooks and Off The Shelf.
You can print the QuickBooks invoice from Off The Shelf.
Go to QuickBooks Invoices in the Sell tab
Click the Sales Order Number
Click the chevron next to the Customer's name
Select Print QuickBooks Invoice
This will download a PDF of the QuickBooks Invoice to be saved or printed.
