Creating A QuickBooks Invoice from Off The Shelf Sales Order

With Off the Shelf, you can create QuickBooks invoices directly from a Purchase Order, saving valuable time in the provisioning process.

You can create a QuickBooks Invoice from an Off The Shelf Sales Order.

To create that Invoice in QuickBooks:

1. Navigate to the Sales Order you want to create an Invoice for

2. Click the chevron to the left of the Customer

3. Select Create QuickBooks Invoice

After that, if there are Products or Customers to be mapped, you will be taken to a mapping page to link the Product(s) and Customer to QuickBooks. After that or if everything is already mapped, the Invoice will be created in QuickBooks.

1. Type in the Customer / Product as it is in QuickBooks 2. Hit Save Mapping and Create Invoice
