Scroll down to Integrations section
In the field for Default Sales Account type in which account you prefer
Then just hit Update Default Sales Account and you're in business
If none of the default QuickBooks accounts are what your business is looking for, you can always create a custom account in QuickBooks and link it in Off The Shelf
Now say your business uses different accounts based on specific products or you want to change what account a product uses. Changing the sales account for individual Products is done in QuickBooks.
Simply edit the product in QuickBooks and change the Income account to whichever you prefer.
The Off The Shelf / QuickBooks integration allows you to choose a Custom Field to store Sales Order numbers from Off The Shelf.
It is important to note, that QuickBooks can only pull Off The Shelf Sales Order numbers into Custom Fields 1-3
